Q: Will Eargasm Earplugs fit my ear? What size should I get?
A: Here at Eargasm Earplugs, we understand that besides having a high quality earplug, a great fit is critical to the user's experience. One size does not fit all when it comes to earplugs! With this in mind, we have worked hard to provide many sizing options for our customers.
Unfortunately, there isn't really a uniform measuring system for ear canal sizes like for clothing, but if you think back to your experiences with ear products (think in-ear headphones etc...) did you get a good fit? Perhaps they felt too big (which means you probably have ear canals on the smaller side). Or perhaps they felt too small (which means you probably have ear canals on the larger side).

Q: What is the difference between the High Fidelity Earplugs and Smaller Ears Earplugs?
Please review the diagram and video below explaining the differences between our two best selling products. They are similar in some respects but the Smaller Ears Earplugs are specifically designed for Smaller Ears. Earplug shells and filters for each model are different from one another and are not interchangeable so please place close attention when purchasing accessories!
Q: What is the Noise Reduction Rating of Eargasm Earplugs?
A: This is going to depend on the model you purchase. Please review the product pages for our models to find the NRR. On our High Fidelity Earplugs (our most popular model that most customers purchase), the Noise Reduction Rating is 16 dBs.
However, depending on the frequency of the sound and if the earplug is properly inserted in the ear, users can reduce noise by up to 21 decibels. A label disclosing the NRR is required under federal law to be placed on all earplugs for sale in the US, so you will see one prominently placed on our packaging. However, we feel the NRR vastly underestimates the true effectiveness of our earplugs.

Q: What is the difference between Eargasm Earplugs and regular foam ones?
A: The difference is in the quality of the sound that passes through the earplug. Foam earplugs muffle and distort noise while Eargasm Earplugs maintain the full spectrum of sound for the user. The advantages of this difference are endless! Concertgoers and musicians can safely listen to loud music with clarity. Motorcyclists can reduce wind noise, but still be able to hear their surroundings. Factory workers can cut down on shrill noises in their work environment, while still being able to communicate with coworkers.
Q: Where do Eargasm Earplugs ship to and how long will it take for them to arrive?
A: All shipments are processed from Los Angeles, California. We ship within the US for free for orders over $50 and over 50 other countries for one low flat rate! Orders are processed within 2 business days and are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or USPS 1st Class International Mail. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Q: Do you accept returns even if my earplugs are used?
A: Yes we do! You will be charged a modest restocking fee, but unlike other earplug vendors, we are able to accept returns on any of our earplugs (even if they're used!) within 30 days of receiving your order. Check out our return policy page for more info.
Q: Can I make any changes to my order once it is placed (applying promo codes, changing names, addresses, items ordered etc.)?
A: We try our best to process and fulfill orders ASAP which prevents us from making changes to your order after it is placed. Therefore, all order details are final once the order placed. We ask you please double check all names, addresses, promo codes, items ordered, and other details at checkout before purchasing to confirm they are correct.
If there are any errors in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to change it before shipping. If any order is returned to our facility due to an invalid address, a $5 reship fee will apply to modify the address and reship it out to the correct address.
