I lost 1 eargasm, and simply stuffed the replacement shell in my ear without realizing that it needed a filter. Two extra shells had been included in my original eargasm box, but they didn’t have filters. It was easy enough to order them (at the beginning of a concert, when I realized what was off lol), and they came quickly. I was worried about the packaging, but I was relieved that that they came in a bag in another bag in the package bag! Can’t lose them then. I do wish they had instructions on which side to place in, as I just had to use the other eargasm as reference.
